Terri Sparkes
Toddler Lead Teacher

I knew my whole life that I wanted to work with children. I went to North Adams State College and graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I started working at LPC in September of 1985. I married my wonderful husband, David in April 1986. I left LPC in September 1996, but came back to cover for several maternity leaves. I came back to LPC permanently in March 2002 and have been back ever since. I love working with the toddlers and hope to enjoy many years to come at the greatest daycare center in the world.
Casey Graca
Toddler Lead Teacher

I started at LPC as a high school afternoon assistant in September 1993. I enjoyed the children so much, I never left (well, I did once and missed it too much!). I grew up in Lexington, and enjoy the community. I have a wonderful husband, Carlos, two gorgeous daughters, Kylie and Lilly, and a Chihuahua, Lola. Some of my favorite hobbies are scrapbooking, crocheting, photography, and cooking. I know some sign language and like to be creative. I am trying to learn Portuguese as my husband is from Portugal.
Talia Deignan
Toddler Teacher

I have worked at LPC since October 1999. I graduated from Regis College with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, but knew that teaching young children and helping to shape their lives is where I wanted to be. I have been working with children most of my life and use hands-on skills, humor, and draw on my experiences as a mother everyday in my classroom. I've stayed at LPC for so long because everyday is an unexpected joy - just a smile or hug from a child really warms up my day.
Kelly Clement
Toddler Teacher

I began working at LPC in August 2004. Before coming here, I worked in several child care settings and LPC is by far the best. I am currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at Middlesex Community College. I am a proud aunt and love spending time with my niece, Olivia. My passions are shopping, reading, watching movies, and attending sports games whenever possible. I come from a large family. My mother is one of seven girls whose names all start with L and my father is one of seven children also. On the weekends I love to spend time with my family and friends.

I enjoy running 5K and 10K races and _ marathons to stay in shape.
